Ingredients:

• Black tea, blackberry leaves, black currants, cornflower & mallow & sunflower petals, and natural flavors.
• Caffeinated.

Steeping Suggestions:

• 1 tablespoon of loose tea per cup.
• Steep in hot water for 3-7 minutes (depending on how strong you like your tea - the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
• Add honey for desired sweetness and serve.

Try it Iced:

Individual Serving

• 2 tsp of loose tea per 6-8oz cup.
• Steep in hot water for 5 minutes.
• Pour into a heatproof 12oz cup filled with ice, straining the tea or removing the teabags.
• Sweeten to taste and enjoy!

Pitcher

• 6-8 tsp or teabags of loose tea per heatproof pitcher.
• Pour 2-3 cups of hot water first, steep for 5 minutes.
• Strain the tea or remove the teabags, add ice, and top up the pitcher with cold water.
• Sweeten to taste and enjoy!
